In Dr. Sanjay Gupta’s HBO documentary “One Nation Under Stress,” it opens with a startling statistic; life expectancy in the United States is going down and deaths of despair i.e. drug, alcohol and suicide deaths are on the rise.

We need self care more than ever.

It’s a trendy topic these days with hashtags like #selfcaresunday, but what exactly does self care mean and look like in every day life and how can it help you to manifest your dreams? I teach what I call the “Self Care Lifestyle” and the “Self Care Manifestation System” for a unique approach to goal setting and making space for you.

This workshop features discussion, journaling, yoga, group activities and pop-up shop. It utilizes The OG Journal Deck and is taught by founder, Alyssa Kuzins.

According to the Stress in America Survey conducted every year since 2007 by the American Psychological Association, women are consistently more stressed than men. As Western women, we have been raised in a man’s world and indoctrinated to follow one paradigm of success, but for modern women, there is a better way to find success, joy, confidence, health and abundance by rediscovering our feminine energy and qualities.
